Fix the page order in one pass

Scanned packets, combined reports and exported forms often end up with pages in the wrong sequence. This organizer shows every sheet as a thumbnail so you can move pages, correct individual page orientation and remove unwanted sheets before downloading one clean PDF.

How to organize PDF pages

  1. Choose one PDF with up to 100 pages.
  2. Drag page cards into the order you want. On a phone or keyboard, use the move buttons instead.
  3. Rotate a page left or right when only that sheet is sideways.
  4. Remove blank, duplicate or irrelevant pages.
  5. Select Download organized PDF and inspect the new copy.

Reorder pages without changing the original

The number in the dark badge is the page's new output position. The caption underneath records where that sheet appeared in the original PDF. FigureOwl creates a separate download, so your source file remains unchanged on your device.

Rotate one page instead of the whole document

Use the curved arrows on a page card to turn that sheet in 90-degree steps. This is useful when a landscape table or a scanned page is sideways but the rest of the document is already correct. The preview turns immediately to help you confirm the result.

Remove pages carefully

Delete blank scans, duplicate sheets or pages that should not be shared. At least one page must remain. Removing a page from the working list does not erase the original file, but the page will not appear in the downloaded copy.

Private browser processing

Supported PDFs are read and rebuilt locally with established open-source PDF libraries. FigureOwl does not receive or store the selected document. Thumbnail generation can use significant memory, so this tool limits each job to 100 pages and may work best on a computer for complex files.

Check the finished document

Open the download and confirm the page sequence, orientation, forms, links and signatures before relying on it. Rebuilding a PDF can invalidate existing digital signatures. Password-protected or unusually complex files may need dedicated desktop software.
